The Advantage In The Manufacturing Of Our Microphone Diaphragms

The sound quality of microphones starts with the diaphragms.  In manufacturing diaphragms, the choice of material has a direct impact on the sound quality.  For a long time, to ensure superior conductivity, our diaphragms have been manufactured by applying a high accuracy 24K sputter evaporation process on the imported, high quality, long duration 6 micron polyester membrane.  This evaporation process produces a very even, uniform coating compared to other processes, such as spray or splash.

The circuit board is manufactured from the best quality recycled copper. The entire manufacturing process is controlled by an advanced design and development protocol to ensure the quality of the product and a near-perfect microphone performance parameter and extremely low tolerance.

Our microphones utilize mature and stable circuit designs, which guarantees the best frequency response.

At Karma Audio, our engineers have more than 40 years experience in the design and manufacturing of microphones, and they have accumulated vast technical data, information, and skills, as well as a reputation for quality control and management experience.

During these years we have established a highly skilled and experienced technical work force in the assembly line and in the technical process specialty.

Our work force consists of circuit design engineers, process engineers, on-site project engineers, and quality control engineers to maintain product research & development and assembly process control, together with testing infrastructure.  Our products have been receiving the seal of approval from both our domestic and our overseas customers.
