All products manufactured by Karma Audio feature a limited two-year warranty.
This two-year warranty is specific to the date of original purchase as determined by the order date printed on the packing list or invoice. Your
warranty is automatically activated, no additional registration is required.
While under the valid warranty period, defective products may be returned
to Karma Warranty Department after notification to Karma. Please
contact Karma to get the correct documentation (RMA # & Address)
before sending back. After you receive your RMA information you will
have 7days to send it back to Karma; after 7days you will have to repeat
the process. All items under warranty will be repaired free of charge
unless the malfunction was caused by user error.
Note: Karma will not take responsibility for lost or damaged returned merchandise. Karma highly recommends shipping with a trusted carrier that provides tracking and full insurance like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Out-of-warranty items may be returned for service and repair for a minimum
fee of $50.00. Karma does reserve the right to charge an additional fee for
products with extensive physical damage; however, we will not proceed
with service without your authorization.
