SHIPPING & HANDLING

Continental US Customers
Shipping & handling via UPS Ground – tracking and insurance is included. Please select other carrier for cheaper rate when check out. Most orders ship within 2 business days; transit time is 2-5 business days. Karma Mics does not charge sales tax for purchases made outside of California.

International Customers
Mics and accessories shipped via USPS – tracking and insurance is included. Most orders ship within 3 business days; transit time is 6-10 business days.

Karma Mics will not pay or reimburse any import taxes, duties, or other related fees.

RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURES

All returns must be authorized with a RMA Number within seven business days of receiving product. Please call 408.446-2928 or email sales@karmamics.com for your RMA Number.

You are responsible for all shipping charges unless you received the wrong merchandise or if the merchandise arrived damaged due to shipping.

- Refund payment method is the same as your original payment method
- Items will not be replaced or refunded when misused or abused
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- A 15% restocking fee may apply if returned merchandise is not in like-new condition

Please use all original packing materials when returning product. Karma Mics is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during return shipping. We highly recommend return shipping with UPS, FedEX, or USPS and purchasing insurance for your package.
